Coming up
for air! Many things almost near completion so we just posted them
anyway.
1. Chuck Graham Real Estate Reports are up for first quarter 2004.
2. We keep adding to Charlotte
Condominiums...jargon, definitions, observations,
statistics...we downloaded Lynnsy's brain and we think you'll like
the condominium section a lot.
3. We are almost finished updating all the market prices on
condominiums in our unique database. That doesn't mean we are
finished, just almost finished with that part. Then come the phone
calls, pictures and map making. But, hey! fall is almost here and a
perfect time to take pictures.
4. The Charlotte News section gets much attention...especially for
Attached Housing projects. |
1.On the unique
condominium/town house database...we are through the
"T's" on updating market value! Once we are finished with
updating market prices, adding new complexes and editing current
information, we are off to take pictures and make maps. What better
time to go on a photography project than fall in Charlotte!
5.And...Charlotte Magazine scores with their super article of
Charlotte Profiles and they have given permission to reprint this fine
article by Karen Martin.
