The shop was moved across the street and held carefully while The Ratcliffe Condominiums were built...and safely tucked back in place...restored.

The slate flooring, Carolina chestnut woodwork, Tiffany stained glass, columns and mezzanine are original.
The restored neon sign is one of the oldest in the city.
