a smart player and do your

That way you avoid surprises later.
As a buyer, talk
to bankers and mortgage people to see what you qualify for in the way of a
mortgage and then look at your budget to see what is realistic for
you. Just because you qualify for a $1500 a month mortgage doesn't mean that
is the best way for you.
As a seller,
calculate costs…from fix-up to closing.
Look at every item line by line and question it.
A smart seller would hire an inspector before putting the sign up and
that includes a termite inspection as well. Believe it or not, this move can
save you money...and time...and stress.
