already built or being built. These are not properties for sale necessarily
unless it is new construction; these are profiles of the 500+ condos and town
homes in Mecklenburg County. The other important feature is that each
complex is keyed for either City Within A City designation (so you know where
the complex falls) or the NSA –Neighborhood Statistical Area Assessment
(“N” number) and the most recent Quality of Life Study (“Q” number).
The approach to single family
neighborhoods is different. Presented in this section are basic information
and most importantly the Neighborhood Statistical Area Assessment number
“N” and the most recent study, Quality of Life represented by
the “Q” number. These reports profile each neighborhood and are complete
with maps.
