New Construction...
When you take a closer look at new construction, you might find it
interesting to know that many of the builders do not list their inventory
with the Multiple Listing Service although most will pay a commission to
an agent or broker who brings the buyer.
Does this drive the price up for you, the consumer, to have your agent or
broker represent you? No.
Do you need representation? Yes
Back to the numbers...because many do not list with MLS, the statistics
presented here may seem low...and they are, especially with attached
housing.
