6. Age and condition are definite factors in older properties
7. Good and constant service prolong the usefulness
8. Best for a buyer if you
follow the inspector, take notes and ask
questions afterwards
9. Inspections: should provide some basic knowledge: age, make, serial numbers
10. Inspections: monitor performance as in water drainage
