Artists and dancers,
art galleries, funky restaurants and an old theatre set the stage for life in NoDa also
known as North Davidson and also as North Charlotte. Old mill homes
have been renovated and one of the best skyline views is from North Davidson Street, the
main thoroughfare, which runs north from downtown. Along this
street you’ll find a historic textile mill, warehouses and rail lines.
The arts
district runs between 30th and 36th streets.

in the north of Charlotte. Houses were once affordable during transition
and not so anymore...perhaps even higher than the average.
