Keys   It's hard to find real estate jargon beginning with the letter "K". In reviewing the real estate process, the one single item that sums up the transaction is when the keys are handed to the new buyers at closing. All the keys: front door, back door, storage shed. The one key most often forgotten for attached housing is the mail box key.
