The modern marketplace may call a condo: "Villa"...
I am at a loss to explain why except maybe it sounds cooler than condo.

Villas
The word leads one to imagine the countryside...bingo...villas are country homes for the most part with more or less land...but in our world of attached housing, they are still condominiums. They may be flats or gardens. The best I can make out...it is just another marketing word. Okay...maybe they use this word because it might be perceived that condominiums originated in Rome and when in Rome, call them a villa. Hmmmm?

In our unique condominium database...we do not discriminate. The residence is either a condominium, a town house or a cooperative.
