I began noticing the phrase "Attached
Housing" a couple of years ago...Condominiums are attached
because they represent "air space". The owner owns a
percentage of the space. But they are not always attached. Sometimes
they even look like single family homes.
Two good examples would be Stone Orchard off Marsh Road and Lakeridge at Kingspoint.

Sometimes condominiums have
different building standards.
Percentage of space can define separate storage spaces as well.
Read the condominium documents well and in advance.
