Mint Hill. Lots of new construction, still has rural feel. Still has countryside to see
and is protective. McManus Road is the prettiest in any season. |

Sardis Area, Stonehaven, Lansdowne, older neighborhoods and much new construction. Great
location for having choices of many conduits( Providence Road, Monroe Road,
Independence Blvd., Sardis Road and then all of the small connector
streets like Alexander Road, Rea Road, Old Providence Road, Folger
and others) into the city and great access to 485. |

High dollar new construction, larger homes, more glitz. Arboretum area, Raintree, Carmel.

Area 6
Dilworth falls in Areas 5 and 6. 6 is Park Road area, Starmount, Huntingtowne Farms, Quail
Corners. Mostly older and ranges from great first timers to historic Dilworth.
International community flanks South Blvd so look for really good
