Jan Whitesell is
the excellent mapmaker for The
Charlotte Mecklenburg Planning Commission.
Jan guided us through the selection of maps while helping us
become acquainted with graphic software and applications.
In the process she became a friend.
We thank her for the introduction to Arc Explorer and everyone
at the Government Center we met to help us on our way.
