Residential Profile:
Front porches in all sizes. Pedestrian friendly.
Parks close by.
Bungalows to mansions.
Attached housing throughout. Sidewalks.
Many changes in the last few years:
new construction both residential and commercial have
changed the appearance
of a charming,
walk about neighborhood.
Gone is the legendary
hot dog bistro, Wad's,
and other
locally owned restaurants. East Boulevard is the very main street and is quite
lovely despite the make-over.

Dilworth always kept its
charm...we lived there in the 50's...and loved Mr. Broome's grocery store,
Wad's Sundries, the privacy found at Freedom Park and the nearness of the
city...plus the special treat of elegant dining at The Epicurean.
