Pitch 1- Rejected Loan

Your loan gets rejected at the last minute. Exemplifies the importance of inquiring about service record when looking for a mortgage company. Technology allows for quicker responses from the mortgage company.

Pitch 2 - Job Loss

You lose your job. There may be ways: another job, a co-signor. If you have good credit and some money in the bank, lots of things can happen. In some instances, with good credit and a good down payment, a loan can be secured even though the interest rate may be a bit higher.

 

Pitch 3 - Incomplete Repairs

If there were time to make them and the sellers dropped the ball, you can still make arrangements to have the repairs made.  
You will need guidance from both the mortgage company and the closing attorney on this one...because the requirements are strict.
