happen. In some instances, with good credit and a good down payment, a loan
can be secured even though the interest rate may be a bit higher.

If there were time to make them and the
sellers dropped the ball, you can still make arrangements to have the repairs made.
You will need guidance from both the mortgage company and the closing
attorney on this one...because the requirements are strict.
